RETURNS

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receiving them.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all correct parts, components, and the packaging is exactly as it was when the product arrived.
  2. Normal handling of the product is obvious; breakage due to improper handling is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines).
  • Hygiene or sanitary items.
  • All personalized products.
  • Products purchased on special offer or sale cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/hygiene items.

*We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

  • Contact us via email (info@cutelittlegems.com) before returning an order so that we can ensure that your products are eligible for a return. Returns that are not communicated with us may not be accepted.
  • Send the completed return form along with the shipment. If the form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with tags and labels.
  • The product must not show any signs of use.
  • We reserve the right to reject the return of goods if there is a suspicion that the goods have already been used or damaged without our fault.
  • A return must be accompanied by a Track & Trace code, which must be sent to our email so that we can track the shipment and ensure that you are refunded as soon as we receive the shipment.

You, the customer, are always responsible for the shipment and the shipping costs of returning the product to Asia.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who is entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

Right of Withdrawal The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund after receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cute Little Gems) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is considered executed when we have received the goods. The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment of the goods.

Registration of Shipments in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the quickest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the most cost-effective standard delivery we offered), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract and received the goods.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
